Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had large, comfortable rooms that were just right for us. While the cleaning solution was noticeable, the decoration didn't match the website pictures accurately. The service was very nice, extremely helpful, and the staff went out of their way to make my husband's 60th birthday special with a birthday cake. The location was good, just outside the quarter, offering a safe and convenient stay. The dining experience was excellent, feeling just like home with delicious and healthy options offered. The facilities were incredible.
My stay at this hotel was lovely. The room was comfortable and led out to a cute backyard with a definite New Orleans flavor. The staff was friendly and informative, offering great recommendations. The location was central and convenient, just a couple of blocks from the trolley stop. The breakfast was nice but could have used more variety. Overall, a decent value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was quite unique, with a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, although pretty basic, had a New Orleans flavor and were clean and comfortable. However, the slightly creepy atmosphere made me feel like I might encounter a ghost. The service was exceptional, providing us with helpful information and a friendly experience throughout our visit. The location was perfect for exploring the main area and accessing transportation easily. The dining options were nice and convenient, offering healthy choices and local dishes, although not very extensive. Overall, a stay with some quirks but enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and roomy but had a stench that permeated everything. The steep stairs to our room were a bit challenging. The service was stellar, especially after the hurricane, with kind and accommodating staff. The location was superb, close to both the French Quarter and the warehouse district, providing a safe and convenient experience. The dining options were excellent, although the breakfast could use some improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although needing some updating, had a cozy and clean feel with charming old-world touches that I appreciated. The service was friendly and accommodating, maintaining the vintage charm of the historic house, but the lack of basic amenities like vending machines and ice was a downside. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, but there were limited dining options available. The facilities were decent overall.
